The SNN "Spirituality and Health" event was a huge success. The session began with a very interesting presentation from Eva Dabasy who explored the definitions of spirituality and health and introduced the possible links between them.
The following session was presented by Dr Richard Chambers who presented to the audience the present research outcomes of the links between spirituality, health and wholeness. This was a fascinating session and thank Richard for his dynamic presentation. The mindfulness exercise was wonderful. We wish there was more of this.
Pastor Wayne rounded out the day with his engaging session on the biblical teachings of spirituality.
All in all it was a wonderful day. Thank you to all the presenters and to all who attended.
